Kodirov Dilshod
Head of corporate practice, specializes in advising on corporate and tax matters, foreign trade transactions, as well as international asset protection and diversification, dispute resolution and PPPs.
Work experience
Dilshod has worked for leading financial and agro-industrial companies, advising on various legal issues on complex corporate transactions (including M&A) and business-related disputes from the point of view of Uzbek law. His current workload also includes a tax advisor with a particular focus on leasing, finance and M&A transactions.
Before joining Ashina Law Firm, Dilshod worked for 3 years in various investment projects in the agro-industrial and food sectors, as well as in financial institutions. In addition, Dilshod has been involved in over $2 billion in foreign direct investment projects from the UAE, CIS, South Korea, Switzerland, China and the United States.
Dilshod also has extensive due diligence experience in M&A transactions, as well as significant experience in advising on corporate compliance issues.

Education
Dilshod received his Master of Laws from Tashkent State University of Law in 2017 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (Uzbekistan) in 2015.
